Clikthrough is looking for a top tier developer to help make interactive shoppable videos an everyday reality. This position would report to the CEO, the developer who wrote 80% of clikthrough's front-end (php, flash, html, mysql included). We're looking for a technical PHP guru, who can join the team and start creating solutions and beautiful architecture from day one. It is expected that you're willing to grow and learn new things as the product and team grow.

1. LAMP stack expert, PHP OO/MVC
2. Building/supporting large scale solutions/apis - 15m+ page views a day?
3. Packaging PHP for closed source libraries/apps: bcompiler, phar, or hiphop?
4. PHP framework experience a must - Ideally CodeIgniter. Though Kohana, Yii, Cake or Zend MVC experience is ok too
5. Strong front-end experience a plus: HTML/JS/CSS
6. Ability to architect, build, and debug to create the best solutions for any given problem
7. Agile/continuous development experience a plus. Hudson, PHPUnderControl, etc

Management skills: Communication is key in this role, so let’s just say it is required.
